Seven Pounds

If I had to pick my favorite movie for the year so far, I would have to pick Seven Pounds. This has to be one of my favoite movies of all time. It is a sad movie towards the end, but it’s really good. I loved the story line and all the characters. They picked the right people to play them. I don’t really want to explain the movie, because I don’t want to give away any of the movie. For those who have not seen the movie, I sugegst you go out and see it. It is one of those movies where you don’t really get the movie, until the end of the movie. It mad me cry at the end and that is saying a lot cuz it takes a lot for me to cry while watching a movie.

Ok, so two nights ago was the season Finale of Battlestar Galactica. I would have to say that it has been on my favorite season finales, out of all the shows i have seen. I am not a real big fan of the show, but I’m slowly getting hooked into the show. Lewis, my fiance loves the show and got me into watching the episodes with him. Slowly but surely i got into them and was wondering what was going to happen on the next episode. The season finale was really good, with a lot of tear jerking moments. (yes i did cry at one point). Now I am looking forward to watching the all seasons. I know just like Heroes*lewis also got me into that show* I will love this show*
Changeling

I recently just watched the movie Changeling with Angelina Jolie and John Malkovich. I would have to say this is one of my favorite movies staring Angelina and John. I think Clint Eastwood did a really good job directing this movie. It was a very touching and powerful movie, I loved every second of this movie. I suggest anyone who has not seen this movie to go watch it. Angelina was a really good actress in this movie, she played the woman very well. This movie was based on a true story about a son missing and then supposedly being return back to his mother and her fight to get her son back. The ending I did not see coming, it surprised me. I highly recommend this movie for everyone to see.

A new way to renting movies

A while ago me and my fiance noticed this big red box at the entrance to the Wal-mart we always go to. When leaving we decided to look at what it was. It was a machine for renting DVD’s. They have a collection of new releases and other movies. We decided not to rent one because it has to be returned the next day by 9 P.M. and we didn’t have the time for that.
So this weekend we decided to try it because they had the movie Wanted.(see post below) It cost about $1.07 to rent the movie and you have to bring it my 9 p.m. the next night. If it is not brought back they charge you a dollar a day until the movie is brought back. After 25 days the charges stop and the movie is now yours. I think it is a great way to rent movies, because it is easy to rent. Just pick out a movie and swipe a debt or credit card and your done. You don’t need a membership or it cost cheaper than renting a movie from places like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. If you want to see the closet one to your house you can go to their website and search, they also want movies they have available at the red boxes.

A lot of you may seen the video where President bush is getting shoes tossed at him from a journalist. Well now you can do it yourself, there is a web-site where you can throw shoes at our President. You have about 30 seconds to throw as much shoes as you can at him. They have kept a total of how many shoes have been thrown at him. You can also send invites to your friends, so they can join in the fun. It is a little, fun thing to do to pass the time. LOL!!! Below is a link to the site where you can play the game. So far 43,887,336 shoes have been thrown at him. They also have the top 25 countries that have been on the site. Here is the top 10.

Kill one, save a thousand

Last night while me and my fiance were leaving Wal-mart we stopped by the redbox movie thing. We were looking at the movies that we could rent and saw the movie Wanted. We wanted to rent this movie first before we bought it because we were not able to see it in the theaters. So for about a dollar we rented the movie.
At first I thought I would love this movie because all the Angelina Jolie movies I have seen I loved. I have not seen a movie that I didn’t not like that she was in. Now, after watching the movie I will have to say the movie was really good and exceeding my expectations of it. The plot was awesome and there were some things in the movie I did not see coming. The action scenes were really good, and it wasn’t to drawn out. It didn’t get boring and it kept you wondering where the movie was going. If you haven’t seen this movie yet, I highly recommend you see this movie. I would have to say that it is one of my favorite movies of the year.

I just got one of my Christmas presents early and i got the movie The Dark Knight. I haven’t seen the movie until last night. This is one of my favorite batman movies to come out. I think all the people were right for the characters they played. Heath is now one of my favorite jokers along with Jack Nicholson. If anyone hasn’t seen this movie, i suggest you either rent it first or go buy it. I loved the story and all the action that was in it. I think it was a much better improvement for the movie Batman Begins. Which that movie (from what i have seen and what I have heard) was not a really good batman movie. Anyways, I really enjoyed the movie and I’m glad my wonderful fiance got me the movie!!!!!!
